In the last few sites I’ve made I’ve become more aware of the relationship between menus and page titles (what would usually be the h1 tag). I’m not sure that I’ve got a lot to say about this, except that it’s nice, useful, and easy for users if the structure of the menu and the page title reinforce each other.
I guess page titles should be considered as effectively part of the site navigation.
